 Guidelines and Policies:

Content Advisory: Recommended for all audiences including couples, parents, grandparents and kids alike. (Ages 6 and above only please, per DPAC policy.)

Refunds: Please keep in mind that there are NO refunds on these tickets. DPAC will not refund or reschedule if you cannot attend the performance. BAMCAT cannot be held responsible for circumstances that may prevent your attendance.

Transportation: This is a optional outing offered to our students and their families, not a class field trip. All attendees must provide their own transportation to and from the event.

Chaperones: Although Mrs. Schmitt will likely attend at the performance, students should not attend without an accompanying adult.  This event is not a school-sponsored field trip but an opportunity to attend a professional theater at a lower cost.

Ticket Requests

Quantities are limited, so tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit of $15 per ticket is due along with all ticket requests in accordance with the payment deadlines established by DPAC. Ticket request/deposit deadline is Friday, Sept 15th.  Final payment is due Thursday, March 1st.

First step to order: Click on the “Deposit” option of the price level you want. This will lead you to our payment store site. Follow those directions to pay. If you want to pay for all of your tickets now, you’ll need to also add the “Balance” for your tier level to your cart by selecting “Pro Shows” under the Product Categories.

Second Step: Put the date of the show in your calendar!!

Next Step: You may make monthly payments by check payable to BAMCAT and place in the classroom mailbox. If you want to pay your final Balance through the website, that price options is already set up for you. Just click on the link above next to your tier in the selections. Final Payments are due: March 1st

Last Step: Wait for BAMCAT to contact you about ticket pick-up a few weeks prior to the show!

Fundraiser Student Seller Credits: Students participating in the Fall fundraiser may opt to apply the portion of proceeds held in their student account towards the final balance. You must use the Apply Fundraising Credit form so the treasurer knows how to use your funds.

PLEASE READ:  We will send you a confirmation email with final payment instructions. This is not an automatic confirmation, so it is not immediate. Please allow us a few days to get the confirmation out to you. After Sept 15, when all orders are placed with DPAC, you won’t hear from us until it’s close to the final payment deadline unless ticket aren’t available in your price tier. If tickets are not available, you will be notified and you can either switch tiers or your deposit will be refunded promptly.
