Crew Information and Updates

Important information for Crew members (10/17/2018)


My name is Rich French and I am the parent volunteer corralling the publicity team for the musical.  I wanted to introduce myself and let you know the expectations for our group.  We will meet 3 times before the show to create and hang posters promoting the play.  Hopefully the team will choose to volunteer for other things (taking tickets, working concession, etc.) on show days as well.  The tentative dates are below so let me know if you have conflicts.  Feel free to reach out with any additional questions.

Thursday, Oct 25 – 3:30p-4:45p

  • Create posters to hang around the school
    • Bring any supplies you have (markers, glitter, etc.)
    • I will provide poster board

Thursday, Nov 1 – 3:30p-4:45p

  • Finish posters
    • Hang completed posters throughout AMS
  • TBD mid-November – pending professional poster order
    • Travel downtown to distribute professional posters to business

  • FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21TH - crew application DUE to the envelope marked “CREW APPLICATION TURN-IN” in the same location you picked up your applications.

COSTUME CREW: (10/19/2018 Update)
Costume crew will be meet Wednesday, October 24th and Thursday, October 25th next week.


TECH CREW: Parents and Students, Below is the link for the Tech Crew rehearsal dates and times. Be sure to click on the date to see the end time. All rehearsals from October 18th to November 9th will end at 4:15pm. Starting November 15th we will meet until 6pm. If any parents are available to supervise students on November 15, 27, 28, 29, December 4, or 6 from 4:45 pm - 6:00 pm please let me know.
